Abstrak

Ushbu tadqiqot O’zbekiston telekommunikatsiya bozorida narx belgilash va monetizatsiya qilish bo’yicha ma’lumotlarga asoslangan strategik rejani taklif qiladi. Maqsad ARPU (foydalanuvchi boshiga o’rtacha daromad) ning past darajalarida mavjud bo'lgan xizmat sifatini yaxshilashdir. Tadqiqot 2021-yilda hisoblash xizmatlari va B2B (biznesdan biznesga) sektorini ko’paytirish bilan bog’liq. Ushbu tadqiqotning metodologiyasi bozor ma’lumotlarini to’plash, mijozlarning xulq-atvor segmentatsiyasi, stsenariy rejalashtirishdan foydalanish va amaliy mezonlarni qo’llashga asoslangan edi. Ushbu tadqiqot 2021-yilda O’zbekiston telekommunikatsiya bozorining asosiy ko’rsatkichlarini aniqladi ya’ni premium mahsulotlar va darajalardan, kichik va o’rta biznes paketlaridan, va ekotizimlar hamkorligi orqali daromad salohiyatini namoyish etdi. Ushbu tadqiqot amaliyotchiga “tezkor g’alaba” yo'llarini va narxlash faoliyati uchun asoslarni va o’z tarmoqlarini monetizatsiya qilishning turli usullarini taklif etadi. Tadqiqotning ilmiy hissasi rivojlanayotgan telekommunikatsiya bozorlari uchun integratsiyalashgan qiymat doirasini ishlab chiqishdir. Ushbu tadqiqotda cheklovlar mavjud, chunki u ushbu tadqiqotda qo'llanilgan ba’zi ko'rsatkichlarni aniqlash uchun operatorlardan olingan ma’lumotlarga tayanadi. Shuning uchun ushbu topilmalarni yanada tasdiqlash uchun qo’shimcha empirik sinovlar zarur. Kelajakdagi iqtisodiy ishlar ushbu tadqiqotni 2022-2023 yillar uchun yangilashni va O’zbekiston  telekommunikatsiya bozoridagi korxonalarda qo'shimcha so’rovlar o’tkazishni o'z ichiga oladi.
