Maqola mintaqaviy barqaror rivojlanish va iqlim o‘zgarishlari o‘rtasidagi nazariy bog‘liqlikni izchil ravishda o‘rganib chiqdi. Tadqiqot Brundtland hisoboti, sayyoraviy chegaralar hamda “donut” iqtisodiyoti modellari asosida ikki tushuncha o‘rtasidagi konseptual ko‘priklarni aniqladi. Ish Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkilotining 2030-yilgacha mo‘ljallangan kun tartibi va Parij kelishuvi normalarini hududiy darajaga moslashtirish imkoniyatlarini izohladi. Muallif iqlim moslashuvi va yumshatish strategiyalarining hududiy ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy barqarorlikka ijobiy ta’sirini asosladi. Tahlil O‘rta Osiyo, jumladan O‘zbekiston misolida nazariy qoidalarning amaliy ahamiyatini tasdiqladi. Natijalar yashil o‘sish, resurs samaradorligi va hududiy hamkorlik mintaqaviy taraqqiyotni iqlim barqarorligi bilan uyg‘unlashtirishning samarali yo‘nalishlari ekanini ko‘rsatib berdi.
