Mazkur maqolada raqamli texnologiyalarni biznes jarayonlariga ta’siri va ularni tahliliga qaratilgan. Raqamlashtirish davrida korxona faoliyatini samarali tashkil etish, xarajatlarni minimallashtirish va raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishda sun’iy intellekt tobora muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Ushbu tadqiqot ijtimoiy tarmoqlar, sun’iy intellekt raqamlashtirish tizimlari kabi zamonaviy vositalarning biznesga qanday ta’sir qilishini o‘rganadi. Bundan tashqari, u operatsion samaradorlikni oshirish, mijozlar bilan aloqani yaxshilash va raqamli transformatsiya orqali qarorlar qabul qilishni tezlashtirish salohiyatiga urg‘u beradi. Natijada, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish va ularni sun’iy intellekt bilan integratsiyalash biznesni rivojlantirishda muhim rol o‘ynashi aniqlandi.
