Аннотация

Ushbu maqola tijorat banklarida bank marketingi va mijozlar bilan ishlashning innovatsion strategiyalarini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada, 2020-2024 yillarda mamlakatimiz tijorat banklari tomonidan qo‘llanilgan yangi texnologiyalar va uslublar, shu jumladan mobil banking ilovalari, raqamli to'lov tizimlari, shaxsiylashtirilgan takliflar, sun'iy intellekt, va blokcheyn texnologiyalarining amaliy misollari keltiriladi. Innovatsion strategiyalarni muvaffaqiyatli joriy etish orqali banklar mijozlarga yanada qulay va xavfsiz xizmatlar taqdim etishga, raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga, va mijozlar ehtiyojlarini samarali qondirishga erishgan. Maqola, shuningdek, bu strategiyalardan foydalanishdagi asosiy muammolarni ham yoritadi va banklarning muvaffaqiyatli tajribalari orqali qanday qilib innovatsiyalarni samarali joriy etish mumkinligini ko'rsatadi.
