В статье исследованы теоретические и прикладные аспекты расширения диверсификации предприятий строительной отрасли на основе формирования и развития территориально-производственных кластеров. Актуальность исследования обусловлена структурной трансформацией строительного сектора Узбекистана, ростом объемов строительных работ, увеличением количества хозяйствующих субъектов и необходимостью перехода от преимущественно количественного расширения производства к формированию устойчивых цепочек создания добавленной стоимости.
