Abstrak

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston yengil sanoatida sifat boshqaruvi tizimining hozirgi holati, uning rivojlanish tendensiyalari hamda korxonalar faoliyatidagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Mamlakat iqtisodiyotida yengil sanoat eksportga yo‘naltirilgan tarmoqlardan biri hisoblanib, xalqaro bozorlarda raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlashda sifat menejmenti tizimlari muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotda ISO 9001 sifat menejmenti tizimi, umumiy sifat menejmenti (TQM) va zamonaviy sifat boshqaruvi yondashuvlarining yengil sanoat korxonalarida qo‘llanilish darajasi o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, mahsulot sifati, ishlab chiqarish samaradorligi va eksport hajmi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari yengil sanoat korxonalarida sifat boshqaruvi tizimlarini joriy etish mahsulot nuqsonlarini kamaytirish, ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarini optimallashtirish va eksport salohiyatini oshirishga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatdi. Maqolada sifat menejmenti tizimini takomillashtirishga to‘sqinlik qilayotgan omillar ham aniqlangan. Jumladan, ayrim korxonalarda zamonaviy standartlarning to‘liq joriy etilmaganligi, malakali mutaxassislar yetishmasligi va raqamlashtirish darajasining pastligi asosiy muammolar sifatida baholangan. Tadqiqot yakunida yengil sanoat korxonalarida sifat boshqaruvi tizimini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
