Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoati tarmoqlari va quyi tarmoqlarida investitsion samaradorlikni baholashning nazariy-uslubiy jihatlari DEA-Malmquist yondashuvi asosida tadqiq etildi. Tadqiqot umumiy omilli mahsuldorlik o‘zgarishini samaradorlik va texnologik o‘zgarish tarkibiy qismlariga ajratgan holda baholadi. O‘zbekiston oziq-ovqat sanoatining statistik ko‘rsatkichlari asosida kirish va chiqish o‘zgaruvchilari shakllantirildi. Tahlil natijalari qayta ishlash darajasi nisbatan past bo‘lgan quyi tarmoqlarda investitsion salohiyat yuqori ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Baholash investitsiyalarni samarali yo‘naltirish, texnologik yangilanishni jadallashtirish va mahsuldorlikni oshirish imkoniyatlarini aniqladi. Olingan natijalar oziq-ovqat sanoatida investitsion qarorlar qabul qilish jarayonini takomillashtirishga xizmat qildi.
