Ushbu maqolada toʻqimachilik sanoatida sunʼiy tolalar asosida qiymat zanjirini chuqurlashtirishning institutsional mexanizmlari nazariy jihatdan tizimlashtirildi. Tadqiqotda qiymat zanjiri va institutsional iqtisodiyot yondashuvlari integratsiyasi asosida toʻrtta asosiy mexanizm ajratildi: meʼyoriy-huquqiy tartibga solish, moliyaviy instrumentlar, tashkiliy mexanizmlar va texnologik transfert. Har bir mexanizmning iqtisodiy mazmuni, amal qilish shartlari va zanjir bosqichlariga taʼsiri tahlil qilindi. Xalqaro ilmiy manbalar asosida sunʼiy tolalar sanoatidagi institutsional boʻshliqlar aniqlandi. Natijada mexanizmlarning oʻzaro bogʻliqligi asoslab berildi va ularni kompleks qoʻllash qiymat zanjirida yuqori bosqichlarga chiqishni taʼminlashi koʻrsatildi. Maqola sanoat siyosati va institutsional rivojlanish uchun nazariy asos yaratdi.
