Abstract

Maqolada yashil texnologiyalarning oziq-ovqat ishlab chiqarishdagi asosiy yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, aqlli qishloq xo‘jaligi tizimlari, ekologik toza qadoqlash usullari, chiqindisiz ishlab chiqarish texnologiyalari, suv va energiya tejovchi innovatsiyalar hamda biotexnologiyalarning ahamiyati yoritiladi. Ushbu texnologiyalar atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish, resurslardan samarali foydalanish va oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi. Yashil texnologiyalarni joriy etish orqali qishloq xo‘jaligi va oziq-ovqat sanoatining barqaror rivojlanishini ta’minlash mumkin.
