Ushbu maqolada logistika marketing xizmatlarini takomillashtirishda BPO (biznes jarayonlarini autsorsing qilish) dasturiy mahsulotlarining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Maqola BPO orqali logistika jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish, samaradorlikni oshirish, xarajatlarni qisqartirish, va mijozlar ehtiyojlariga moslashtirilgan xizmatlarni taqdim etish imkoniyatlarini o‘rganadi. Ushbu yondashuv orqali kompaniyalar xizmat sifatini yaxshilash va raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish imkoniga ega bo‘ladilar.
