Maqolada sanoat tarmoqlarida inson kapitalidan samarali foydalanish va inson resurslarini boshqarish samaradorligini oshirishga ta’sir qiluvchi iqtisodiy omillar, korxonalarda inson resurslarini boshqarishda samaradorlikka erishish ko‘nikmalarini amalga oshirish, iqtisodiy omillar sanoat korxonalarining xo‘jalik ishlab chiqarish faoliyatining bir qismi sifatida yoritilgan.
