Davlat qarzi boshqaruvi mamlakatning fiskal barqarorligi va makroiqtisodiy rivojlanishiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan muhim omillardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada davlat qarzining iqtisodiy o‘sishga ta’siri, uning boshqarish mexanizmlari hamda O‘zbekiston sharoitida samarali boshqaruv strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi.
