Ushbu maqolada korxonalarning tashqi bozorlardagi faolligini tahlil qilishda strategik menejment yondashuvlaridan foydalanish uslubiyoti ko‘rib chiqilgan. Xususan, Bukhara Cotton Textile (BCT) kompaniyasi misolida xalqaro bozordagi raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish uchun Porter modeli, SWOT tahlil va boshqa strategik yondashuvlar asosida tahlil olib borildi. Maqolada kompaniyaning kuchli va zaif tomonlari, tashqi muhitdagi imkoniyat va tahdidlar o‘rganilib, eksportni rivojlantirish uchun takomillashtiruvchi takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
