Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda klaster ishtirokchilari o‘rtasida innovatsion tarmoqlarni shakllantirish omillari nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida innovatsion tarmoq ishtirokchilarni bog‘lovchi ko‘p o‘lchovli yaqinlikka asoslangan hamkorlik tuzilmasi sifatida baholandi. Geografik, kognitiv-texnologik, ijtimoiy, tashkiliy va institutsional yaqinlik omillari tizimlashtirildi hamda ularning innovatsion tarmoq rivojlanishiga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Ishda tarmoq shakllanishining o‘n bir asosiy omili va ularning amaliy ahamiyati yoritildi. Natijalar innovatsion tarmoqlarning barqaror rivojlanishi alohida aloqalarga emas, balki yaqinlik omillarining o‘zaro uyg‘unlashuvi va bilim almashinuvi samaradorligiga bog‘liqligini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot rivojlanayotgan iqtisodiyotlarda ishonch muhitini mustahkamlash, bilim yaqinligini rivojlantirish va raqamli platformalar orqali hamkorlik tarmoqlarini kengaytirish bo‘yicha amaliy xulosalarni shakllantirdi.
