DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE MECHANISM OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF TRADE ENTERPRISES

This scientific article examines the priority directions for improving the mechanism of innovative development of trade enterprises. The study analyzes the introduction of digital technologies, the development of e-commerce, the use of innovative management mechanisms, and the improvement of service quality in the trade sector. In addition, the factors influencing the innovative development of trade enterprises are identified, and scientific and practical recommendations aimed at increasing their economic efficiency are developed.
