Abstract

Mazkur maqolada elektron tijoratni boshqarishda Big Data, sun’iy intellekt va raqamli logistika texnologiyalarining roli tahlil qilinadi. Text-mining usuli asosida O‘zbekistondagi yirik platformalarda mijoz qoniqishi va xizmat sifati o‘rtasidagi nomutanosiblik aniqlanib, operatsion, shartnomaviy va reputatsion risklar baholangan. Natijalar elektron tijoratda risklarni erta aniqlash va boshqaruv qarorlarini optimallashtirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
